President Ramchandra Paudel has awarded jewels to people from various fields. President Paudel presented the jewelry at a special ceremony held at presidential residence Sheetal Niwas. Bibhushan(Ornament), which was announced by the Ministry of Home Affairs on the occasion of last Constitution Day, was given on Friday on the occasion of New Year. Vice President Ram Sahay Prasad Yadav, Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda, Speaker Devraj Ghimire, Speaker of the National Assembly Ganesh Prasad Timilsina and others participated in the award ceremony. 998 persons in various professional fields were awarded Bibhushan. In which artists have also been enthralled. President Ramchandra Paudel presented Janasevashri Pancham Category Bibhushan to film actor Pradeep Khadka at the Bibhushan Sushoban ceremony held at the President's Office Maharajganm on Friday.
