Nagma Shrestha, the national director of the beauty pageant, informed that those who want to participate in Miss Universe Nepal can apply until July 18. she said that efforts are being made to move forward by making the next edition more inclusive and democratic . Shrestha informed that in the next edition, the age limit of competitors has been increased from 18 to 28 years.
Uddhav Adhikari, Managing Director of Miss Universe Nepal, said that the competition will provide opportunities to everyone and encourage them to move forward. It is said that the winner of the next edition will be able to represent the 72nd Miss Universe.
Nandini Thapa, Managing Director of the Tourism Board, said that the winner of the competition will be announced as Nepal’s tourism ambassador.
Similarly, Prashant Tamrakar, the choreographer of Miss Universal Nepal, said, ‘The choreographer’s role will be presented on the stage, so his hard work will be seen through the competitors.’ He said that based on his hard work, the best competitors will come out, and he will leave no stone unturned to publicize the best competitors.
Similarly, 2022 Miss Universal Nepal Sofia Bhujel said, ‘Miss Universe Nepal has provided them with a platform to compete and how to make good use of it is in their hands. ‘
The organizers believe that the fourth edition of Miss Universal will be an independent national competition under the franchise of the most prestigious and respected pageant in the world.

The registration period for participating in the competition is from 15 June to 3 August and interested participants can register for the competition during this period. This is the fourth edition of Miss Universe Nepal to be organized by Umang Creation.
