Gold and Silver Prices Rise in Nepali Market

Kathmandu: Gold and silver prices in Nepal witnessed a notable rise on Tuesday, continuing the upward trend in the local market.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the price of fine gold increased by NPR 3,100 per tola, reaching NPR 268,100 on Tuesday, up from NPR 265,000 on Monday.

Silver prices also climbed, with the metal trading at NPR 4,880 per tola, up from NPR 4,685 the previous day, the federation reported.

The price hike reflects growing market demand and ongoing fluctuations in global precious metal markets, affecting local rates in Nepal.
