Kathmandu: Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation Minister Kulman Ghising has resigned from his post. He submitted his resignation to Prime Minister Sushila Karki earlier on Monday, following which the Prime Minister formally bid him farewell. Ghising had been entrusted with multiple responsibilities, including the ministries of Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation, Physical Infrastructure and Transport, and Urban Development.
