Kathmandu– Sabina Kafle, the wife of Prime Minister Balen Shah, organised a special Kukur Tihar programme at Narayan Chaur in Naxal, Kathmandu, on the occasion of Kukur Tihar.
The event was organised with the aim of promoting Kukur Tihar internationally, a unique Nepali tradition that honours dogs for their loyalty, companionship and courage.
The programme was attended by ministers, foreign diplomats, artists and personalities from various fields.
